The Approach
Our key challenge was to simplify the data capture process for production traceability while minimizing data entry errors. Equally critical was ensuring reliable system connectivity and maximum uptime, as the solution had to be deployed across a large-scale facility where downtime could result in substantial operational costs.
We also identified the need for real-time reporting and interactive dashboards to support Intelsius's production planning and storage management. To meet this requirement, we designed a high-performance system capable of securely storing and instantly retrieving real-time data, providing stakeholders with immediate access to essential operational insights.
The Result
We developed a shipment monitoring application that enables logistics teams to track delivery progress and monitor real-time temperature data, ensuring items remain within the intended safe temperature range. The application also provides route planning and optimization features, allowing teams to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transit times.
